Service Description

Join us for a playful kid's yoga class where mindful movement meets creative exploration. Through gentle yoga and calming breathwork, children practice social emotional learning in a hands-on engaging way. Kids build confidence, calm, and connection- one mindful moment at a time. Each Little Yogi will leave with a calming gift. Children will explore gentle yoga poses, breathing exercises, and guided visualizations that help build emotional resilience, self-regulation, and a deeper understanding of their own inner light. Come join our Little Yogi family! Adults are welcome to join their littles on the mat / stay in our lobby space during class and enjoy quiet time, browse literature to read, or shop for local made products. Classes must be pre-registered and pre-paid. Location: Nonna Mama Me (95 E. Montrose St. Suite B Youngstown, Ohio 44505) When: Saturday, April 25 at 10AM Pre-Payment required to register for the class and secure your spot. Cancelation Policy: Cancelations made within 24 hours of the class may be nonrefundable and nontransferable. However, we do understand when things happen and will do our best to accommodate changes. Thank you for understanding that our time is a service to support you and our spots are limited.
