Nonna, Mama, Me is a maternal wellness business in Northeast Ohio, serving the Youngstown area and surrounding cities through birth support, lactation, yoga, and more.

 

This local business was born from a longing to preserve familial heritage. As generations grew, it became a realization that it was necessary to honor our ancestors before their ways were forgotten.  It is so important to honor the mothers' role, and that is what Jeanette aims to do as a guardian of motherhood.

Jeanette of Nonna, Mama, Me offers various services for the mama and family unit. Consider a gentler and warmer approach for your assistance in pregnancy and your journey into motherhood. As a certified doula, Jeanette provides continuous physical, emotional, and informational support throughout all stages of pregnancy and labor. She is also a certified breastfeeding counselor who can work with mothers to reach their breastfeeding goals. Jeanette is a certified yoga teacher (RYT 200/ RPYT). In addition to her normal classes, she also offers prenatal, postnatal, mommy & me, chair yoga, and kids yoga-movement classes.

To honor cultural tradition, Jeanette facilitates Cacao Ceremony and Tea Ceremony. These practices offer a meditative approach to the Ayurvedic art of both tea and cacao.

Jeanette leads group Prenatal Breastfeeding Classes and Birthing Basics Classes. These are informational and hands-on classes with an emphasis for birth preparation and partner support. Contact us for more information.
