WHAT IS NONNA, MAMA, ME?
Nonna, Mama, Me was born from a longing to preserve familial heritage. As generations grew, it become a realization that it was necessary to honor our ancestors before their ways were forgotten. This is how the concept of revitalizing the village took place.

To rebuild the village, Jeanette of Nonna, Mama, Me offers various services for the mama and family unit. Consider a gentler and warmer approach for your assistance in pregnancy and your journey into motherhood. As a certified doula, Jeanette provides continuous physical, emotional, and informational support throughout all stages of pregnancy and labor. She is also a certified breastfeeding counselor who can work with mothers to reach their breastfeeding goals. Jeanette is also a certified yoga teacher. In addition to her normal classes, she also offers prenatal, postnatal, mommy & me, and kids yoga-movement classes.

The Nonnas and the Mamas were always found with a crochet hook or a set of knitting needles nearby. These yarn works of love were created with stories being told through every stitch. Nonna even sealed a prayer inside every work of yarn art. Whenever yarn was being worked, Nonna always told a good tale to the grandchildren sitting at her feet. This is what we hope to pass down in our podcast. Join host Jeanette as she navigates motherhood with the village surrounding the local Northeast Ohio area. Brew a cup of tea or coffee, perhaps grab your own crochet hook and yarn, and sit with us for an episode. Subscribe and follow us to preserve the stories and listen to all things mama.

WHAT else do we offer?

WHo IS NONNA, MAMA, ME?
We are grandmothers, mothers, daughters, and granddaughters. We are grandfathers, fathers, sons, and grandsons. We are the vines from the family orchard- picked from photographs, written in letters, told in stories, and preserved in memories. We are family.
