Service Description

It's time for tea! Inspired by Mother's Day, come join us at Valley Little Melodies for a mommy & me centered yoga class, walkers on up! Yoga teacher Jeanette will lead the class through a musical sequence of fun poses, breathing exercises, hands-on activities, and story time. These classes are wonderful to increase focus, attention, self-esteem, and mindfulness. In addition, literacy skills, creativity, and self-awareness may all be positively impacted through the sequence of breathing, play, music, reading, and movement. This class is best suited for confident walkers on up to age 4 who can share in a bonding experience with a caregiver! Payment: There are two ways to pay: Online here or in-person at the time of class.* *If you pay at the time of class, the ONLY payments accepted include cash or Venmo. No credit cards will be accepted at the time of the class. However, if you wish to pay with a credit card, you may do so when booking online. (Please note: If paying by a credit card online, you may be charged additional fees in order to process your transaction).
