Once each month, we gather for an evening unlike any other. First Friday Frequency is a peaceful sound meditation experience featuring crystal singing bowls and intentional rest. As the calming vibrations fill the room, participants are invited to slow down, quiet the mind, release stress, and simply receive. It is the perfect way to begin each month feeling refreshed, grounded, and renewed. Classes must be pre-registered. * *To respect our limited spaces and honor our clients, repeat missed classes without notice will result in ineligibility for future bookings. Location: Nonna Mama Me (95 E. Montrose St. Suite B Youngstown, Ohio 44505) When: First Friday of the Month at 6PM Payment is due at the time of booking. Cancelation Policy: Cancelations made within 24 hours of the class may be nonrefundable and nontransferable. Thank you for understanding that our time is a service to support you.
