Bookstore Kid's Yoga

Service Description

Come join us at Once Upon a Bookstore for a children's centered yoga class, ages 2 and up. Yoga teacher Jeanette will lead the class through a sequence of fun poses, breathing exercises, and story time. These classes are wonderful to increase focus, attention, self-esteem, and mindfulness. In addition, literacy skills, creativity, and self-awareness may all be positively impacted through the sequence of breathing, reading, and movement. This class is best suited for ages 2-12. Children 5 and under should be accompanied by an adult. Payment: Please pay in-person at the time of the class. Payments accepted include cash or Venmo. No credit cards will be accepted at the time of the class. However, if you wish to pay with a credit card, you may do so when booking online. (Please note: If paying by a credit card online, you may be charged additional fees in order to process your transaction). Cancelation Policy: Cancelations made within 24 hours of the class may be nonrefundable and nontransferable. Thank you for understanding that our time is a service to support you.
